Bart Sobel tried his upmost to defend me against a summons for failing it yield to the left of a NY State Trooper’s (young pimple face kid) traffic stop just over the Canadian boarder in 2025. The Chazy Town Court prosecutor would not negotiate a plea – arrogant assumption of guilt indeed. The NY State police had been recklessly pulling over NJ drivers crossing the boarder that evening. NY State Police were too strong in the area, I was told, to get any justice! I had NO legal chance in this small one horse Judge town – he was the King; so much for American justice and liberty. I had to pled guilty else would have been tracked down ruthlessly, and my Republican ass locked up and thrown in jail. This is the free USA our ancestors fought for thank you; I now realize how TRUMP and other patriots were unfairly prosecuted!!!
